At The Quiet Heirloom, we take great care in curating and presenting each piece in our collection. We want you to feel confident in every purchase.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns on eligible furniture and home décor items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unused condition — free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration of any kind.

Full Refund Approved returns will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the item.

Non-Returnable Items All sales are final on items that show evidence of use, wear, or deterioration. Given the nature of our antique and vintage inventory, we are unable to accept returns on pieces that have been handled beyond careful inspection. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Items with visible wear, scratches, or patina added after purchase
• Items that have been cleaned, treated, or altered
• Items returned without original packaging or documentation
